Our SMART goals were developed from research and investigation. Based upon all that we have learned, experience and real-world data we have developed these SMART goals to help you find balance during your busy week.

Measurable - Can easily be recorded in less than 2 minutes a day.
Actionable - Each and everyone can be acted upon at any time.
Relevant - They are completely relevant to you, your day and your ability to find balance.
Timely - These goals can be steadily accomplished each day and each week.
Use ours or set your own SMART goals along the way.
For example; Smoking is so unhealthy that a SMART goal of zero is the only goal that makes sense. However, if you are a heavy smoker it would be best to set your own SMART goals and then stay aware and work towards them. Remember a steady improvement is just as important as meeting a SMART goal.
We’ve given you the tools and motivation but only YOU can face your ‘demons’ and break bad habits.
It’s NOT about weight loss but we feel that finding balance will help you work towards your weight loss goals.
