SMART Goals

  • Our SMART goals were developed from research and investigation. Based upon all that we have learned, experience and real-world data we have developed these SMART goals to help you find balance during your busy week.
     
  • Specific - To nutrition, exercise and stress management. Manage these to find balance.

  • Measurable - Can easily be recorded in less than 2 minutes a day.
  • Actionable - Each and everyone can be acted upon at any time.
  • Relevant - They are completely relevant to you, your day and your ability to find balance.
  • Timely - These goals can be steadily accomplished each day and each week.

 

Use ours or set your own SMART goals along the way.

  • For example; Smoking is so unhealthy that a SMART goal of zero is the only goal that makes sense. However, if you are a heavy smoker it would be best to set your own SMART goals and then stay aware and work towards them. Remember a steady improvement is just as important as meeting a SMART goal.

  •  We’ve given you the tools and motivation but only YOU can face your ‘demons’ and break bad habits.

  • It’s NOT about weight loss but we feel that finding balance will help you work towards your weight loss goals.
  • You should start by seeing your doctor for an overall assessment.
