Here some tips to help you eat healthier;
1 – Take a cooking class
It is not difficult to cook very flavorful and healthy food. With some practice in the kitchen it does not have to be time consuming either. Get out with some friends and enjoy a cooking class together. Come home and practice what you have learned.
2 – Set your self up for success.
Don’t shop hungry. You will have more luck resisting your temptations at the grocery store. If you keep as many junk foods out of the house as possible you can’t eat them. 3 – Prepare meals ahead of time
Have healthy meals ready for the week. Prepare on the week end, when you likely have more time and energy and freeze them for later. Pack your lunch the night before. Prepare what you can for breakfast the night before to ensure you start the day off right. A healthy breakfast in the morning will get your metabolic rate going. 4 – Identify the time of day when you crave food the most.

5 – Drink enough water.
Whether tap or bottled water. Vitamin water (enriched) or mineral water. Ensures you stay hydrated and at the same time will help flush toxins from your system and prevent chronic fatigue.
